Poster Guidance

Abstract submission for the technical poster presentations is closed. Selected posters should refer to the 2023 Symposium Poster Guidance for information regarding requirements, setup and removal, shipping and printing.

The Symposium poster presentations offer attendees opportunities to: 

• Share how their innovative research and cutting-edge technologies enhance DoD capabilities and mission effectiveness.  
• Network with over 1,000 other attendees from the federal government, Services, academia, and private industry working to address DoD energy and environmental challenges. 

SERDP and ESTCP conduct a rigorous review process in selecting projects for funding, so selected posters represent research, technologies, and products of high technical merit and value to the DoD.
