Hotel Room Reservations

Our room block at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is currently full. 
An overflow room block is available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton National Airport Crystal City at the $193 group rate.  The hotel is located 0.2 miles from the Symposium location.

Directions

• By Metro: Take the Yellow or Blue Line to Crystal City Metro Station, which the hotel is directly connected to.
• Flying In: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is two miles from the hotel. The complimentary airport shuttle service runs from 5am to midnight every 30 minutes. The last hotel departure is at 11:30pm. Other nearby airports include Washington Dulles International Airport (27 miles away) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (37 miles away).
